Meet Our Equine Residents

Our horses are essential to our program. Not only are they active partners in our riding lessons, but they give invaluable emotional support and learning opportunities to all of the individuals we work with.

Nova

Birch

Birch is a quarter horse gelding who retired in the fall of 2023. He now spends his days grazing with his buddy Chance. Birch loves to visit and be groomed- especially if he gets a cookie!

Cal

Frankie

Chance

Chance is a total lovebug. Now retired at the age of 31, he spends his days grazing with his buddy Birch. He is always welcoming to a visitor and a good grooming session. Chance is quite the ham and loves attention from the humans around the farm.

Jetson

Daisy

Daisy was our founder, Sarah's, riding horse for many years. She is retired now at 34 years old but still is very much part of the herd and everyone loves to give her attention and spoil her like she deserves!

Jazmine

Piper

Piper is our littlest riding horse, but that does not mean she is any less spunky! This gaited pony is always ready for a ride and has enough personality for two. She is a great therapeutic teammate!

Victory

Victory was a beloved member of our team who unfortunately passed away unexpectedly in the spring of 2023. Victory was the kindest horse who made deep emotional connections with each of his clients. Victory will forever be a cherished part of the Serendipity family, remembered and loved by clients and staff alike.

Amigo

As one of our most reliable lesson horses, Amigo gets a lot of attention around here! He is a handsome paint gelding who loves his horse buddies and is always happy to get a cookie and a hug from his human friends.

Cowboy

Along with Daisy, Cowboy is one of our oldest horses at the barn. In his prime he loved barrel racing, and he still has a lot of that spirit in him even on his way to retirement. He is a reliable quarter horse gelding who takes very good care of his riders.

Snowball

Little Snowball has been a fixture at the barn for a long time. Although he is not very mobile due do a leg and hoof condition, he loves getting pampered and is a favorite for all of the little kids.

Chester

Chester has come a long way since his arrival on the farm in 2021! Once shy and unsure of humans, Chester is excited to make his debut as a lesson pony in 2024. This guy is willing and a blast for the little ones to ride. We are excited to see what's in store for Chester in our 2024 season!

Crickett

The lovable Crickett is always getting into something at the farm! He will do pretty much anything for a snack. He has been used for children lessons, learning groundwork safety, and can even pull his own little cart.

Sugar

This sweet little girl is our shyest pony. Although she is still learning to trust people, she has come a long way and is making progress every day. Sugar has a kind soul and loves getting treats!
